Background
We were founded by Dr. Jonjy Ananth, a world-renowned professional patient advocate and healthcare executive known for his unique training experience spanning several US states and countries. Golden hour was created to provide patient advocacy and management services to patients who are trying to navigate complex care plans, clinical trial services, interruptions in care due to billing or denial issues, and applying for disability insurance. We've served hundreds of patients and their families with a range of complex social situations, from being misdiagnosed to dealing with the end of life. We care deeply about improving the experience of illness, care, and dying for patients and their families because it is the experience that matters more than just what the numbers say.

Our people
We fill our ranks with board-certified patient advocates who come from backgrounds that bring together important domain expertise in healthcare. We work with former medical doctors, dentists, nurses, and therapists to provide the best advocacy we can find. We are supported by our members who themselves give us valuable feedback and who consider to be an integral part of our programs.
