​Program 1: Survivor Engagement & Narrative Intake

  • Whom We Work With: Victims of crime, trafficking survivors, abused children, immigrants (U-visa/T-visa applicants), and patients.

  • What We Do: Documenting lived experiences and providing research-aligned support.

  • Safety & Ethics: This is a research participant engagement program.

Program 2: Civic Arts & Storytelling Lab

 

  • Workshops & Media: Media supported: visual art, photography, writing, multimedia, and performance.

  • The Lab Environment: A hybrid space where artists, researchers, and advocates collaborate.

     

  • Artist Fellowships: Information on the Golden Hour Artist Research Fellowships, including stipends and media exposure to be determined.

Program 3: Public Welfare Research Institute

 

  • Core Research Areas:

    • Narrative Justice Studies: How storytelling shapes public understanding of housing and immigration.

       

    • Civic Arts Impact: Measuring how exhibitions influence civic participation.

       

    • Art & Social Systems: Researching how artists interpret bureaucracy (healthcare, courts).

       

  • Scholarly Outputs: Research reports, policy briefs, and monographs.
